SGM2020是一款低功耗、低噪聲、低壓差射頻線性穩(wěn)壓器。它能夠提供300mA的輸出電流，典型的壓降電壓只有270mV。工作輸入電壓范圍為2.5V至5.5V。固定輸出電壓范圍為1.2V至3.3V。其他功能包括邏輯控制停機(jī)模式、輸出電流限制和熱停機(jī)保護(hù)。SGM2020具有自動(dòng)放電功能，可在禁用狀態(tài)下快速放電VOUT。 SGM2020適用于需要低噪音和低電源的應(yīng)用，如MP3播放器、掌上電腦等。

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The SGM2020 is a low power, low noise and low dropout voltage RF linear regulator. It is capable of supplying 300mA output current with typical dropout voltage of only 270mV. The operating input voltage range is from 2.5V to 5.5V. The fixed output voltage range is from 1.2V to 3.3V.

Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, output current limit and thermal shutdown protection. The SGM2020 has automatic discharge function to quickly discharge VOUT in the disabled status.

The SGM2020 is suitable for application which needs low noise and low power supply, such as MP3 players, palmtop computers, etc.

The SGM2020 is available in Green SOT-23-5 and SC70-5 packages. It operates over an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
